Kitchen and Dining A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker, plus quartz countertops. A dining table with cushioned chairs seats the group for family meals. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1 (main level): King bed with a desk for remote work and a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 (upper level): Queen bed. Shares a full bathroom with the bunk room. Bedroom 3: Upper level gamer bunk room with a built-in bunk, a TV at the bunk, a gaming rug, bean bag and neon gamer signs. Twin beds, sharing the upper level full bathroom with Bedroom 2. Game room (lower level): Built-in twin bunk nook next to the climbing wall, plus a double sofa sleeper, with a full bathroom on this level. Total: 7 beds, 3 full bathrooms plus a main level half bath, sleeps up to 10. Private Indoor Pool This is the reason to book. Your private indoor pool sits behind a stone feature wall with entry steps and a handrail, bright yellow and orange stools, towel hooks and lounge chairs for the adults. A big window looks out to the patio and hot tub. A built-in speaker system sets the mood for pool time. No sharing and no weather worries. Arcade Game Room Neon hex lighting, a big-screen TV, a deep sectional, a color-changing glass table and retro arcade cabinets turn this room into the family hangout after dinner. A built-in climbing wall with a rope, handholds and landing mats burns off kid energy on rainy days, and a karaoke setup is ready for family sing-alongs. Outdoor Living Warm up in the private hot tub on the covered lower patio, then walk a few steps to the fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs and string lights. Two covered decks give you an outdoor dining table that seats the group and a lounge set around a fire table. The fire pit is wood-burning and the covered deck fire table runs on propane. 🌡️ Hot Tub Note: Our hot tub is freshly cleaned and reset for every guest, which means it needs a few hours to reach full temperature after turnover. Plan on soaking by early evening on arrival day. We think the wait is worth it. 🏊 Pool Note: The indoor pool is private to your group. Please shower before entering, keep glass out of the pool room, and supervise children at all times. Maintained between 83-85 degrees 🔥 Fire Pit and Fire Table: The wood-burning fire pit and the propane fire table on the covered deck are there for your enjoyment. Please use them responsibly and make sure the fire pit is fully extinguished before bed or leaving. Wood is not provided, many local gas stations and grocery stores have bundles available for purchase. 🔊 Quiet hours are 10pm-7 am out of respect for neighbors. 🐻 Wildlife: Black bears live in the Smokies. Please keep food and trash secured and bring trash in at night. 🚭 No smoking, no parties and no events. Maximum 10 guests. 🧻 Starter supplies: We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher detergent. Grocery stores and shops are close by if you need more.
