Check-in: 4:00 PM | Checkout: 10:00 AM Maximum occupancy: 10 guests. This includes day visitors — please do not exceed capacity at any point during your stay. No smoking inside the cabin or on any deck or balcony. Smoking permitted only away from the building and decks, with all materials fully extinguished and disposed of properly. No parties or events. Gatherings must remain within the 10-guest maximum. Loud music or amplified sound is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. A noise monitor is active on the property and detects decibel levels only — no audio recording. Repeated alerts during quiet hours may result in additional fees or reservation cancellation per community rules. No unauthorized late checkouts. If you'd like to request a late checkout, message us the evening before — we'll do our best to accommodate based on the cleaning schedule. No Pets Allowed Wildlife is active in the Smokies. Do not feed wildlife, leave food on decks, or store food in vehicles overnight. Bear-proof trash practices are required. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
